Pedestal Down

The camera descends straight down on a vertical axis without tilting, keeping the same framing angle as it lowers. It reads as settling or grounding, the descending counterpart to pedestal up. Use it to bring the camera down to a subject's level deliberately, without the arcing feel of a crane.
