The camera is rigged directly to the subject's body, usually the chest, so the subject stays locked and centered in frame while the entire background moves and shifts behind them. It reads as disorientation or a subjective, unraveling headspace, since the world seems to spin around a fixed point. Use it sparingly for a moment of psychological intensity, not as a general-purpose move.
