Invite your team

A workspace can have several people working in it. Teammates see the same projects, actors, and locations, and they draw on the same credit balance.

Invite someone#

Only the workspace owner can manage the team.

1. Open Settings and find the Team card.
2. Press Add member, enter their email address, and press Send invite.
3. They get an email invitation. Once they accept, they appear in your member list.

You can also rename your workspace here (for example, "Hillside Church Media").

Seats#

Each plan includes a set number of seats, and every member or pending invite uses one. The Team card shows how many you have used. When you are out of seats, Add member is unavailable, and the card shows which plans include more.

The Team card always shows your workspace's exact limit, including any extra seats arranged with our team.

Remove someone or cancel an invite#

Use the remove option next to a member, or the cancel option next to a pending invite. Either one frees up their seat. Removing someone does not delete the projects they worked on; those belong to the workspace.
