Your account and workspace
How your sign-in, your workspace, and your Settings page fit together, and how to delete your account.

Account and workspace
- Your account is you: your email and how you sign in. You can sign up with email and a password, or continue with Google or Apple.
- Your workspace is where your work lives: projects, actors, locations, credits, and your plan all belong to a workspace, not to an individual.
Everyone in a workspace shares its projects and its credit balance.
The Settings page
Open Settings from the sidebar to manage:
- Billing: your plan, credit balance, and payment method. See Change or cancel your plan.
- Team: your workspace name and its members (workspace owners only). See Invite your team.
- Notifications: whether you also get an email when an Aura Reel is ready (you always get an in-studio notification).
- Connected assistants: the AI assistants you have connected, if your workspace uses them. See Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok.
Forgot your password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? and follow the code sent to your email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, continue with that instead; your account has no password until you set one.
Delete your account
You can ask to delete your account from the Pray Production Studio iPhone app. The studio website does not have a delete button. Your account is then scheduled for deletion after a 7-day grace period, and you are signed out everywhere. If you sign back in during those 7 days, on the website or in the app, you can choose Keep my account to cancel the deletion, and your plan starts renewing again.
