Change or cancel your plan

Upgrade, downgrade, switch billing, or cancel from Settings, with no contract and no phone call.

Updated

On this page

You manage your plan yourself from Settings. There is no contract and no retention call. Only an organization owner can change billing for a workspace.

Upgrade or downgrade

  1. Open Settings from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. In the billing section, press Manage plan.
  3. Pick the plan you want. Before anything is charged, the studio shows you what will change.

How the change takes effect depends on its direction:

  • Upgrades start right away. You see the prorated charge, the new monthly price, and how your credits change before you confirm.
  • Downgrades start on your next renewal date. There is no charge or refund today, and you keep your current plan until then.

Cancel your plan

  1. Open Settings and find the billing section.
  2. Press Cancel plan and follow the short confirmation.

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, so your workspace keeps access through the time you have already paid for. You will get a confirmation email.

Plans renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends.

Changed your mind? Before the period ends you can turn your plan back on from the same place. Nothing is charged when you resume.

Update your card

Payment methods are listed in the billing section of Settings. Add a new card, make it the default, and remove the old one. The default card pays for renewals, credit packs, and auto-refill.

For subscription details that are not in the studio, the billing section also links to the Stripe portal.

Refunds

Payments are nonrefundable except as described in the Terms of Service. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in, and you keep access until it ends.

Question a charge

If something looks wrong with a charge, email studiosupport@pray.com or use the contact form. Include the email on your account, the date and amount of the charge, and what looks wrong. Billing questions and disputes go to the same studio support team as every other request.
