Buy extra credits or turn on auto-refill

Add a one-time credit pack when this month needs more, or let the studio refill your balance automatically.

Updated

On this page

Your plan refills your credits every month. When a project needs more before then, you can buy a one-time pack or set up auto-refill so you never stall mid-render. Both are on the Spend page in the studio sidebar.

Only an organization owner can buy credits, change auto-refill, or manage payment methods. If those buttons are disabled for you, ask the owner of your workspace.

Buy a one-time credit pack

  1. Open Spend from the sidebar.
  2. Press Buy Extra Credits.
  3. Pick a pack. The dialog shows how many credits it adds and which saved card it will charge.
  4. Press Buy … Credits to confirm.

The credits land in your balance as Extra credits, on top of your monthly allowance. Packs need an active plan and a default payment method; if either is missing, the page links you to set it up.

On Sermon Studio and higher plans, extra credits are sold at your plan's discounted per-credit rate.

Turn on auto-refill

Auto-refill charges your default payment method for a pack whenever your balance drops below a set level, so long renders never stop for lack of credits.

  1. Open Spend.
  2. Under Credits Auto-Refill, press Set up & Enable.
  3. Choose the refill amount and save.

You can change the amount with Update Auto-Refill or turn it off with Disable at any time. The same control also appears as Auto-recharge in Settings.

Find invoices and receipts

The Billing documents list at the bottom of Spend has your subscription invoices and top-up receipts for the workspace.

Refunds on credit packs

Purchased credits are not refundable or exchangeable for money, as set out in the Terms of Service. Your plan's included credits are always spent first, and extra credits are used after them.

Do extra credits expire?

No. Under the Terms, credits you buy separately (and any bonus credits that came with that purchase) are held apart from your plan's monthly allowance, are not affected when it resets, and remain available until used, unless the offer said otherwise at the time you bought it.
