Who owns the videos you make
You keep ownership of your scripts and everything you generate from them. Here is what that covers, plus your responsibilities.

On this page
You own what you make. Under our Terms of Service, you keep ownership of everything you put into Pray Production Studio (your scripts, photos, recordings, and footage) and of the images, clips, and audio generated from them. The studio does not publish anything on your behalf; nothing leaves your workspace unless you export or share it.
This article is a plain-language summary. The Terms of Service are the binding version.
What is excluded
Ownership covers your input and the output generated from it, excluding third-party content that appears in the output. For example, stock footage or Marketplace items you download are licensed to you under their own terms, not owned outright.
When a teammate makes it
Everything a teammate generates in a shared workspace is created on behalf of the account holder (the workspace's owner). If you collaborate with freelancers or volunteers, agree on this with them before they start.
Your responsibilities
When you upload something, you confirm you have the right to use it. In particular:
- Real people. If an upload shows or is based on an identifiable person, such as a photo for an actor or a voice recording, you need that person's consent (or a parent's or guardian's for a minor). The studio asks you to confirm this before it clones an uploaded voice.
- Don't pass AI work off as human-made. The Terms do not allow representing generated output as human-generated when it is not.
- Platform rules still apply. When you publish on YouTube, Instagram, or elsewhere, that platform's AI and disclosure rules apply too. See Publishing your videos.
Who can use the studio
Pray Production Studio is offered for business and commercial use, and it is not intended for anyone under 18.
