When a generation fails or is blocked
What each kind of failure means, what to try next, and what happens to your credits.

Generations sometimes fail. When one does, the card tells you why in plain words, and usually what to do next.
Your credits when something fails
Credits are held when a generation starts and charged only when it succeeds. If a generation fails, the hold is released and the credits go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask for them.
"Flagged this content"
The model's own safety filter refused the prompt or the source image. Retrying the same request will be refused again, so change something first:
- Reword the prompt, especially violent, injury, or intimate details. Describe the moment rather than the gore.
- Try a different source image if the still is what was flagged.
- Try a different model; their filters differ.
Bible verses: some video models block prompts that quote scripture word for word. The studio paraphrases verse text in shot descriptions to avoid this, while your narration keeps the exact verse. If you typed a full verse into a shot's prompt yourself, paraphrase it there and keep the exact words in the narration.
"Took too long to respond"
The model was under heavy load. Retrying almost always works. If the job actually finished a moment late, Check Again finds it without generating (or paying) twice. You can also switch to a different model.
"The wrong size" or "couldn't load this image"
The source image is outside what the model accepts, for example too small, too large, or an unusual shape. Resize or crop it, or re-upload it as a JPG, and try again.
"Prompt is too long"
Some models limit prompt length. Trim the prompt to the essentials: who, what they do, where, and the camera move.
"Not enough credits"
Your balance does not cover the cost shown on the button. See Top up credits.
Still stuck?
